Chakoteh lotted and won a rare/ex emp hair pin the other day so hers BCNM one will be collecting dust. She has tried over and over and over to kill emperor and failed. She helped me several times and failed. She was lucky that the party she was in killed it for giggles and no one else needed it. It took me many tries to get that stupid pin, but I was determined. You have resparked my lizzy interest as well.
im not playing much. I have headaches and visual issues, so...there ya go.

Trying to camp Bendigeit Vran, but he's being a bastard and I have yet to find him. I'm following the instructions, new moon, at night, but no luck yet. I need the Rogetsurin for DNC and NIN. THF too I guess, but I prefer to use crossbows with acid bolts or bloody bolts for THF. Edit: 3rd night's a charm, I got it finally.  Another edit: On the way back I found Lizzy just hanging out, waiting on me. She didn't drop her damned boots though. |

you have to do that guy on a NEW moon he hangs near the craig, and folks grab him pretty quick. He is really worth the fight. let me know if you need help.
I didnt play today. headache and I had 5 computers to repair. Im all done, but it really busted up my head. tomorrow I get to take them all home to their parents. I have a bunch of old folks that cant afford to pay to have thier computers fixed, so I do it for free. its their only social outlet and they use skype to talk to their kids and grandkids. im such a softie. im growing weary of it tho.

I want those boots! I would love to duo, perhaps this afternoon. lets see how fast I can do my errands. I have several computers to return to their owners and the chiropractor and that means lunch out. will find you later.

Adjustments coming in May: forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/5950Been trying to upgrade my gobbie bag, I got it up to 40 slots before I was fame blocked. More cabbage runs for me in the future. I needed wool cloth, none was up for sale besides a full stack going for 55k which is absurd. Tricant hooked me up and crafted 3 squares for me. Very nice of him to help. |

I was thinking, after I unlock SAM we can switch places, I can tank again and you can go SCH or whatever you want?

There would probably be massive downtime with that combo, we were lucky with DNC's brokenness, SCH...isn't so brokey. We may have to strongarm Mr. Markus into helping us. |

OK so I talked to Joachim, and I asked him about my Traverser Stone stock. He told me I had 13 in stock, and I couldn't hold more than 3. So I think I'm ready to do Abyssea if someone invites me. I think. I need to read some more to make sure.

Go to any maw, and talk to a Conflux Surveyor. Extend your time to 90 minutes at least, and fill up your stones again. That way you will always have extra time should you need it. Not much aggros in Abyssea until deeper in the areas, and even then it's mostly to magic. Keep Prism Powders and Silent Oils if you get a party, and if you take an invite make sure you look at the maps on FFXIclopedia because they tell you where the mobs are and which Conflux (teleporter) you should activate. But remember this takes cruror, so my best advice for your first Abyssea party is to fight Konschat lizards because they're as easy to find as following the left hand wall and nothing aggros along the way.
You can't be a box opener until you amass at least 25k cruror, which sounds like a lot, but you'll have it within 2 hours. Each key is 500 cruor and you'll want at least 50. Read about which box does what, and never open Ebon Light boxes.
