That Evisceration dagger is not as good as you'd think. Its base damage is too low and all that +10% dmg does is make up for that lack. Plus Magian Augmented weapons do not work in the offhand. It's a stupid, glaring flaw that really hurts Ninjas more than anyone but it's there and SE seems just fine with it.
I will say it may go a long ways to help with your Building Flourish, or whatever the one is that makes the mob Chainbound, but you'll consistently do less damage with that dagger than you would with the Versus or Oynos.

Well, the goal is to get the TP Bonus + 100 dagger, but yeeeeah that's gonna take a long time. Thanks for the advice though. I need to get a decently augmented Yataghan.

You also have to keep in mind that Evisceration sucks outside of Abyssea because it does normal damage when it doesn't crit. That's how critical weapon skills work. Since you have an obscene crit hit rate in Abyssea it can do 3k dmg if it wants to. For DNC and THF, Dancing Edge is the go to WS outside in Vana'diel. Well, okay, Pyhhric Kleos and Mercy Stroke are but..yeah.

I have my RDM now 55 and my WHM is 95 and my BST 95. Working on BLM to 50, but only got to 30 so far. Blu is sitting at 38, and I want to take it higher, as well as my DNC which sits at 34 and needs to go higher. THF is 68 and I love love love that job, but need some skill ups, and so forth. The problem with book burn levels is that you dont get to skill up on your way thru the levels, but Im not gonna complain. I needed RDM for refresh, convert and so forth. BLM will be for warp 2 and so forth. I went to my very first ever dyna and got a ton of O pieces which sold in a heart beat. Blink, and they were gone.
I am starting to do things in the game I only heard others talk about and I am so happy! I am doing the Zilart and COP stuff, so its really showing me more about the story line as well.

Store TP is for 2handers only. The reason being: lack of TP Floor. If you notice, you're only getting 8-9 TP per swing. That's because your Dual Wield skill is so high that the game compensates by reducing your TP per swing. Store TP is calculated BEFORE Dual Wield, which means Dual Wield also reduces Store TP's values. I don't know the exact math but if we assume it's 30% more (Dual Wield 4) then you need Store TP +20 to have the same effect as 15. Ignoring that, Store TP+15 is only going to give half a TP more per swing because of that wretched TP floor so it makes no sense to go with anything but the TP bonus.
If you want a solidifying reason: Evisceration's TP modifier is Crit Hit Rate.

Game is downloaded, now I gotta tinker with crossover to get this sucker working on my Mac. I am happy that you do t actually start the trial until the key is entered.
Don't expect to see me until Sunday or Monday though.

OK. Remember, we're all on Bismarck server.
Now, we have two linkshells on this website, the DivineAlliance linkshell, and PheynixRisingWW linkshell. Masaia, Caller and I are in DA, while Dejibo, Chakoteh and I are in PheynixRising. I know you love Dej though, so I sorta figure you want into PheynixRising. There are more people in that linkshell anyways, DA is just us 3. We can hook you up with both shells.
