Exercise can easily give a person more energy and make them feel better overall. Its the best anti deppresant out there. That and the sun is really good for you. Sure it can give you cancer but sun light gives energy as well. Just be careful ofcourse

its an excuse I know but its been so damn hot I havnt gone out walking after work. That and work has been so damned stressful.
Summer is terrible.
The good news is I have started eating healthier, and now I need to buy a new belt because mine is too big! WOo!
Its the little things that make me happy. I need to keep track of my weight so I can see how much I lose. I would kill to lose a hundred pounds. Its such a long term goal. But doable if I can keep it up.

I dont do hot. nope no way! on days when I know its gonna be hot, i walk very early in the AM, or very late in the afternoon. I wear a bandana that it wet, and sometimes frozen. A mister hand held fan really helps, but mostly a wet wash cloth to just wipe my face with helps so much. I am wiped out after so I make sure I have no plans. I am so proud of our fearless leader. its great that tim is getting out there with her. He is a great cheerleader. GO TIM! Go STEPH! woo!
