When I first saw this I was like "blah, again?" but its a 2D remake so I am somewhat interested. Though I still think a 2D remake of FFIII is way overdue and needs to be made before this.

As much as I loved FFIV I don't see why they're giving it so much attention let alone a 3D remake. Only FFVII has received this much attention and I don't think IV had anywhere near the hype nor popularity as VII. Even though IV is the vastly superior game. *went there* I'll probably get this because I wasn't willing to pay for all the upgrades to The After Years and if it's about $30-$35 for the whole deal for PSP I'll accept that. But I'd like to see FFVI get an upgrade. That and IX are tied for my favorite with IV being extremely close. IV's young ATB system where every enemy hits you at the same time like a mack truck irritates me quickly.  |
