I beat Mass Effect 2 last night. I freaking LOOOOOVE that final boss fight. Way more exciting than Saren. I always felt Saren was a bit of an anticlimactic final battle but the ME2 boss is so much fun. Fucking huge too!
I shall start up ME3 today. Gewd times.

I'm playing Skyrim again on the side. God I missed this. They seemed to have fixed a few things, like Camilla Valerius is actually doing her walk to the edge of town a lot better, I've tried it twice, and both times she behaved. She stopped once, and I was quickly able to get her to continue. Before, it was constant cycle of disabling her and enabling her to get her to finally trigger and path correctly to make the walk. I know it's not required but it annoyed the ever loving fuck out of me.
The first Dragon fight behaved correctly. I'm shocked. None of the key conversation NPCs died, the conversation worked as it should.
Hod, however, still is not showing up for work daily. Lazy bastard. He will not come to the mill unless you enter his home, typically. There are some occasions that he does, but it's rare. Going into his home flags as trespassing I think.
Sven and his mother actually had the "I saw a dragon" conversation for the first time in forever. Sven is almost always stuck doing his walk back and forth in front of his house.
Unfortunately, Followers still haven't gotten the "Stay the FUCK out of the oil/fire trap" memo yet. >.< Like moth to a flame, literally. I set the oil on fire, and they run into it immediately. Every fucking time. Even if they are ranged, like Faendal.
Really enjoying the game, as usual. But, I still have to devote time to FFXI.

I'm playing lately: Animal Crossing: City Folk: Saw a few people online on Sat and one friend on Sunday. I'm thinking an animal will ask to move this week... Animal Crossing Gamecube: I started a new town on this game! Having fun playing it again. I've been playing it a little bit everyday so far. Animal Crossing: Wild World (DS): Not very much lately. I did check my town yesterday though. It was a complete mess. Weeds everywhere, plus Bill the duck was packed. I think I talked him out of it though... Paper Mario 64: On the Wii (Virtual Console). Such a fun game. Love the graphics & turn-based gameplay. Ratchet & Clank HD Collection: Once & awhile. Been playing Ratchet & Clank 2! Looking forward to playing R&C3 sooner or later. The 2D Captain Quark levels in that one are really cool. Jak & Dexter HD Collection: Also once & awhile. On Jak 1 right now, but so very tempted to play two some. Might & Magic: Clash Of Heroes: Dad and I like to play the local multiplayer on this.  I've been considering Paper Mario 3DS for Christmas, but might just hold off until AC3DS comes out. Really hoping thats soon (early next year). The other AC games are good, but this new one for the 3DS looks amazing! So can't wait...*sigh* DF2506 |

Mass Effect 3 has been a blast. I think I'm getting close the shitty ending though. I don't have that dlc addon yet. I want to see how bad this gets before I install that.

I beat Mass Effect 3. Other than the fact that there is no final boss, I was pleased with the options on how to end it. I rewatched my ending on Youtube with the extended cut and it was obviously way better. I don't see why they couldn't have had that little bit of extra to begin with.
Maybe its cause I heard people say how badly the endings sucked before I even played the game but I didn't have as big of a problem with the ending as every one else did.
I'm gonna replay the series as a female now. I already have a save for ME1 as FemShep so I just have to start with ME2.

The ending to Mass Effect was a little controversial in and of itself before the public got involved. Casey Hudson told the writing team they weren't going to write it, he was, and they were locked out of all developments.
Which is why it makes very, very little sense and uses a Deus Ex. Some of it is explained in the Leviathan DLC, but it raises further questions really.

I am so jealous. that's in prisine condition. hell I even have a japanese PSOne. but an emulator with a japanese BIOS should play that. wow, what a deal on you part. did I mention that I'm jealous?  SE used to have a drop dead gorgeous Lenneth statue for sale complete with angel wings but they wanted $400 for it. Still want. |

I kinda figued you would. Yeah, sure. Lemme think some on it but I don't see why not. Just one thing you might wanna keep in mind. That first picture I showed, if you look at the corner there is the price tag on it. It sticks real good and might be a pain in the ass taking it off without it peeling like a bitch. Not sure how big a deal price stickers are to you but just thought I'd mention it anyway.

I think I mentioned in the Skyrim thread that I'm going to be sticking with PC gaming from here on. I have a fantastic computer that is already pretty much next gen and I want to use it. I don't plan on rebuying everything for PC though. I will for Skyrim since it gets almost no love on PS3 (as far as updates and dlc goes) and I already purchased the Mass Effect trilogy (all three games in one bundle with all dlc). Any future games will be PC.
And when I get my own place in summer I'm hoping to run an HDMI cable from this beast to my 40" LCD TV. I can play games on my big TV still. Woot!
