Played the Conduit for Wii earlier this month. Very cool game. Well, the single player part of the game anyway. I only got a game ONCE for the multiplayer and didn't even get to finish the match (got booted). Ugh. Not good! The single player was a blast though. Fun. Wish the multiplayer worked. It would definitly be a game to own then... Still playing Animal Crossing: City Folk & Magician's Quest. I also started a new town on Animal Crossing: Wild World (DS). Can't wait till Monday! I'm really looking forward to the new Tales of Monkey Island Chapter 1 for Wiiware. The graphics look good and I'm a big fan of point & click games. Should be fun. Gotta get it. DF2506 " Also can't wait till Cave Story (Wiiware), Scribblenaughts (DS), New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and Ratchet & Clank: A Crack In Time come out."

So I successfully modded my PSP in a protest to Sony saying screw you. I now have FFVII, Wild Arms, Wild Arms 2, BoFIII, Alundra and Castlevania: SotN all working on my PSP. They all work pretty much perfectly, and it's great to have them on the go. I've also got my SNES Emulator back on there, but I'm not really looking to play any of those games yet. I haven't tried any PSP UMD's either, but I'm not interested in those at the moment. Besides, if I need a legit firmware to play those, I can always swap pretty easily. I figure it's gunna take me a fair few weeks to work my way through all of those games. I'll concentrate on FFVII and Wild Arms first and then move on from there... I was also looking to buy BlazBlue for the PS3. It's a fighting game made by the creators of Guilty Gear, so you know it's gunna be one of the best fighting games ever already. >.> But at £70 for the US version, I think I'll pass. I'm sure it'll get a UK release sometime this year... Other than that, not a lot going on. Oh, did anyone see the new 3D Castlevania? Should be interesting as Hideo Kojima is acting as a consultant to the game. The trailer released doesn't look all that bad either. The only thing I'm worried about is that it does look a little God of War-ish... which is not my thing at all.

I am still on FF7 myself. I'm not as far into the game as I'd like to be right now. I should be atleast at disk 2 but I' am only just past the Gold Saucer. I'm moving too slow.
Playing this game again years later its nowhere near as good now as it was back then. Its still fun but I don't get how people can say this is the best in the series.

I now have FFVII, Wild Arms, Wild Arms 2, BoFIII, Alundra and Castlevania: SotN all working on my PSP. Damn, I want Wild Arms 2 on my PSP. I gotta look into that if it's for sale on PSN. That is where you got it, right? The UMDs aren't impressive. The new version of FFT on UMD lags during spells, and that's really obnoxious. But, I simply adore my PSP. Still futzing around in FFT. In late chapter 2, and just working on unlocking classes for my precious generic units. We're all level 30ish now so I'm looking at leveling down for a 3rd time. It's hurting my HP, but I'll live. I know I can increase my HP a if I wanted to by leveling up as Mime or Monk to 99, and leveling down as Chemist or Bard. But, lotsa work. Trying to talk Rogue into playing PSX FFT. He doesn't seem to be interested, though he likes FFTA a lot. Keeps asking me "Did you KNOW there is an FFTA2?!" Yeah, I did... I told you about it... The main character joins in the new FFT... etc. Still gotta beat 12 too. Need a dose of Basch sexiness soon.

My interest was piqued at the new CV but we'll see. Well who am I kidding of course I'll get it. I hope it turns out well because the 3D CVs don't really have a strong history. I own them all but that's besides the point. <.<

Bought Medievil, and Wild Arms 2 for my PSP. I downloaded Medievil today, will get WA2 tomorrow.
So happy to get both these games for PSP. I may buy Suikoden 1 too, but I dunno yet. Medievil and WA2 were absolute must haves for only $6 each.

Shut up! Sit your ass down in that chair and drink your goddamn TEA! <3 Cid ;D Hold on to yer drawers, an' don't piss in em! Cid is the only thing I still like about that game. Playing WA2 now. Entering Under Traffic. I'm so spoiled on non-sucky translation now... reading the dialog in this game is making me WTF, a lot. But, still love it. ♥

Someday I have to go back and replay FF7 because it's been years since I've played it...but I'd rather them remake it with a better translation. Let's face it, it was poorly done. Certainly not the worst FF we've seen (thank you so much FFT for holding that title...) but it was like a kid finally getting away from their overprotective and sheltering parents and swearing as much as they possibly can.
The game itself was very good, I'm not a hater, but I'd like to see it done better. And really, I'm downright *amazed* it hasn't been rereleased yet. They've been whoring out FFVII like crazy and yet they won't remake the game itself? Just strikes me as odd.
I've been working on Dark Cloud off and on..but I'm near the end of the game and got my final party member and I just don't feel like leveling him up. When he joins he's so damn weak he's useless so you gotta go back to a previous dungeon and level him up, and that takes forever. I meant to go back and replay all the Kingdom Hearts in preparation for the new DS game but that never happened yet.

I wouldn't touch the remake if my life depended on it. Just imagine how "Advent Children" it would be. I'll stick with the bad translation, thank you. There really isn't that much swearing in the game. The worst is at the beggining with Barrett but it doesn't really continue that much throughout the game.

Downloaded Wild Arms 2 from the PSN today. Playing it on the PS3.
I don't know if I've ever played the game before or not, but I watched some footage of the game, thought it looked good, so I downloaded it.
I'm not very far yet, but so far, I'm really liking the game. The graphics are good (better than expected), the story is interesting, so are the characters, and the world. I also like seeing many of the things that I liked about Wild Arms 3: the tools, the combat system, the Western background, etc.
Glad I downloaded it. Looking forward to playing more.

I love it myself, I hope you enjoy it as well, DF. I will tell you now, the game is not nearly as western as you might think from the start. WA3 kept with a western theme, but the only things that are western about WA2 are Ashley's clothes, and some of the music. But, it's still a good game. Gameplay is very enjoyable, and the soundtrack is great. I just did the stuff in Halmetz, and got Access. I want to check out Halmetz and Sylvaland Castle before doing the next section of the game, which involves Liz and Ard. Love those two, and love their theme music. Looking forward to getting Fengalon, I desperately want pickpocket... the Daphne trees near Valeria Chateau have Lucky Cards to steal, so I plan on spending some time doing that soon. Pulled out my WA2 guide and saw an advertisement for Medievil II... totally forgot about it. Wonder how much that would cost to buy now days? Too bad PSN didn't have it. I haven't played that one at all. Also, it's time to drag out my WA2 banner again. ;D

WTF man, mark your spoilers! D00D WTF!!
...I just died a little myself right there.
So I decided to back to playing FFIV: The After Years. I finished Rydia's story which was very woefully short for $3 (and not the least bit story fulfilling either) but I indirectly learned that even when an episode ends, you can still play those characters in a new dungeon that Namingway gives you. He renamed himself Challengingway (orz) and lets you go through a confusing layout with extremely overpowered mobs inside. Needless to say, Rydia's massive group of TWO fucking people didn't stand a chance. But I went back with Ceodore's group and they put up a better fight...even though Cid is outright useless. <_<
The game has my attention but I don't think I'm ok with paying $3 for a 2 to 3hr romp. Rydia's story only had two dungeons...
