I bought Dissidia today but can't play it yet cause my PSP needs system updates. WHy the hell would a handheld needs system updates? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of it being handheld? Anyways, the boxart is cool. I like how the characters go from bottom to top by generation/console. FIrst line at the bottom is NES era, the line after that is SNES era and so on. I really like that. Its not like Kingdom Hearts where its just bringing in PS era characters and not others.

Anyways, I'll play after updates. Can't update now cause the battery is low. Even if its plugged in and charging it still won't let me so I have to wait. XD

Piracy issues mainly. PSP is the easiest platform to pirate games on apparently. I haven't the first clue how, but it's all over GameFAQs boards...

I never did get around to doing the Kefka and Shantotto vids but I'm working on it. It's my Lucky Day in the game and so when that happens you get bonuses to XP, AP, Gil, and etc so I've been building up Firion, got him to 61. He finally got two new HP moves so I don't have to spam the crap outta Straightarrow. He's still so damn slow though. <.<

Ah yeah piracy. The main reason why the Dreamcast died. I started installing teh updates. I guess the reason I wasn't too happy with updates was cause I thought I had to be connected to a Wifi or network or whatever. Like PS3 or 360. I didn't know the game disk itself had it. Which is not a problem at all. I don't midn the updates now.

Speaking of Dreamcast, 2009 marks the 10 year anniversary of the console. 2009 also marks the 10 year anniv. of Final Fantasy VIII. Which is the FF I am currently going through. Perfect timing!

Internet was down for several days... Still playing Oblivion. Edwinn is almost level 20 now. He's a master Alchemist, it's at level 100. All of his other mage skills are 50+. Completed the first round of quests for the mage guild, so I can make my own spells and enchant items. Human enemies are already dropping end game armor, so I've been raking in tons of money.

Really loving this game... it's completely negated any desire I had to play MMOs. Love it.

There are two expansions I think. Are you going to check those out too? I should play Oblivion. I have a good computer finally. That was my reason for not playing it when I got it. XD

Yeah, I have the two expansions for the game. I've started the first quest of Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles, but haven't done anything with them yet. I just hope the events in Anvil didn't cheat me out of some spells. D:

Trying to beat KH2 before 358/2 Days comes out. Finished up through Pride Lands so I'm pretty close. I wanted to play all three but I never got around to it. It's been a long time since I played this game, I didn't realize. I've forgotten some of the story even, which would be surprising if you knew I had like 6 save files of this game before. <.<

Playing on Proud mode with the power of the Warrior, so mobs are kicking my lanky ass sometimes. Just got to Twilight Town with the Dragoon and Gambler Nobodies and the DRGs can nearly oneshot me when they jump. Well, ok, one DID oneshot me when I wasn't watching. Lucky no game overs in this game. <.<

I wonder if they will get the old voice actors to come back to their rolls in the future. Its easy to question now that they are older. Especialy if you look at the fact that Haley Joel Osment was charged with DUI and Hayden Penattiere (or however you spell her name) is super famous now cause of Heroes.

I got to playing Dissidia last night. Its fun but not as good as I was hoping it'd be. As far as fighting games go its pretty basic and a bit sloppy. But it is a SE game and Final Fantasy which are not known for the genre so it is easy to overlook that. The story is hard to follow. I have no idea whats going on so that is one part of the game I am choosing to ignore out right.

I noticed Terra's alternate look has her in greenish/blue hair but her main is blonde. Considering that she had the greenish blue in FF6 I don't see why that wouldn't be her main look. Every time I play her I have her in the alternate. Also, about the Warrior of light. Sometimes the horns on his helm are vertical, which is most of the time, but sometimes they show them horizontal. Like in some cutscenes. They goofed up I think. In the original Amano artwork his helm horns were horizontal.

The reason they gave Terra blonde hair is cuz of her Amano artwork. I also use her in the green hair cuz I'm a classic junkie

Discovered in Oblivion that with a cheat, I can create a full copy of myself, who talks, and fights. He's AWESOME. XD Just wish he followed me... geez that'd be the most awesome pet ever.

I don't plan on using him during normal game play. I always reload if I do it, or any other cheats. It is fun to goof off every now and then, though.

Call of Duty: World At World demo (PS3): downloaded this recently. Excellent demo. Now I want to play the full game!

Scribblenauts (DS): LOVE this game! Its great.

LittleBigPlanet (PS3): Its been awhile since I've played this game, but its still great. I hope the online create & the water dlc arrive soon.

Animal Crossing: City Folk (Wii): Still like this game a lot.

Wish Cave Story for Wiiware would come out. *sigh*

I too use the green hair. I find myself using mostly the alternate looks....I like the original Amano art most of the time, but Terra's green hair is just required dammit. <.<

I beat KH2 today and made all the powerful weapons and things, and now I'm trying to beat the Hades Paradox Cup and Tifa kicked my sorry ass in about 10 seconds flat. Sephiroth wasn't this hard!

It makes me wonder why they even had her in green hair in the first place in FF6. Why change it from blonde if it is the original art. I guess maybe since they were 2D sprites it helped differentiate her from Celes who was also blonde.

About halfway through the first disk of FF8. I'd be farther, but I play WoW so there ya go. I love the dream sequences with Laguna. I am also trying to set my characters with certain jobs. So they can junction magic to certain stats and can only use certain magics.

Squall - Paladin
Zell - Monk
Selphie - White Mage
Rinoa - Black Mage
Irvine - Time Mage
Quistis - Probably the most difficult to choose. Her Limit Breaks make her a Blue Mage but you don't get to Limit Break often. So I don't know what to do with her. Maybe Red Mage with Blue on Limits.

EDIT>> If there is one thing about this game that bothers me its that every time you get a new character they come into your group with NOTHING. No magic at all. SO I have to waste time drawing AGAIN. I'm not one of those people that goes for 100 of everything as I see it but I still find drawing for a new character to be tiresome. If only tehy could come with some essentials. Fire, Thunder, Blizzard, Cure or whatever.

It's been *years* but I could've sworn you could share and copy magic lists from character to character...I remember having a storage character (Selphie.) who would just store all my spells for other characters to use when they came back and that'd be her only purpose. <_<
