Kikaro, Life With Playstation is neat. I'm sure when they update it eventually, it'll be even better. Anyway, I downloaded a new demo: Fracture! Its by LucasArts. And Man...wow. That was so cool! The gameplay (expect for the terrain stuff) kind of reminds me of Mass Effect, expect, imo, its even better then Mass Effect. The graphics are just great and best of all are the weapons. Wow. I especially love the terrian stuff: lowering and raising the land is awesome. I also like the sniper, rocket launcher, and others. Such a cool demo! I definitly want to rent the game when it comes out. Also: I played some Pain today. That game never gets old. Oh and in gaming news: LittleBigPlanet is officially coming out on October 21st!! Can't wait! Also: the Home beta has been expanded even more. I really hope I'll get invited to that. Home looks so cool. Hopefully, it'll be out this year too. Anyway, I'm definitly going to play more Fracture, Pain, Resistence, and Rogue Galaxy this weekend. DF2506

Home would be out already if they would quit redesigning it. drives me mad. I logged in the other day, no one online.
It will be great if they ever release it. I hope i get something cool for being a tester.

I beat Infinite Undiscovery and god that ending sucked. The final dungeon sucked too, being completely riddled with cliches...but now it's time for the Seraphic Gate and I just wasted 3hrs in there cuz there are *no* save points and well, I died. >_>
I'll try again some other time, that pissed me off.

Last night, I played more Resistence: Fall of Man. Today, played a demo of a game called Dark Sector. It was good. Well, at first, it was just ok, but then I got to the boss battle at the end of the demo and that was pretty cool. I may rent this game sooner or later. I also played some Rogue Galaxy and downloaded the HD Sackzilla trailer of LittleBigPlanet. Wow. That game looks amazing in HD. DF2506

I saw a trailer for the Max Payne movie recently. I only ever played the first game a bit and thought it was alright. But the movie actually looks pretty awesome! I really liked the style the trailer had and I'm surpisengly quite stoked for the movie. If I can I might check for Max Payne 1 and 2 for the Xbox 1 and give it a go again just so I know what the movie is all about and stuff. I think EB should have both games for cheap by now.
Also, I read somewhere that Konami has the rights to the name Metal Gear Solid: Existance. For us MGS fans we can pretty much guess what this is going to be and I'm sure we all knew it was coming eventually anyways.

Got Lego Batman for the PS3 on Tuesday. Its a really good game. Fun. Also, the graphics are a lot better then you'd think. Sure, the Lego characters look like Lego characters, but the backgrounds look really nice. As for the gameplay, I like how you can play as Batman, all the other Bat-heroes (Robin, Nightwing, etc) and the Bat-villians too. Plus: it has co-op. DF2506

I played more Lego Batman and Pain. I also downloaded the Mega Man 9 demo for PS3. Wow. MM9 is really cool. Very retro and neat. I like it. Not sure if I'm going to get it or not. I do have Mega Man 1 on the Wii, so do I need MM9? I haven't even been playing MM1. Hmm. Also, if I did get it, I'd probably get it on the Wii. I wonder if the Wii verison has challanges and the download content stuff that the PS3 verison is supposed to have... Anyway, for now its Lego Batman and Pain. I do need to play more Resistence. And LittleBigPlanet in October! DF2506

When I get Mega Man 9 it will be for the Wii. I won't even consider getting it on PS3 or 360. The way I see it, these 8-bit Mega Man games got their start on a Nintendo system so I want to keep it that way. It FEELS like Nintendo game so thats where the download is going for me. And the Wii version still has those challanges. They just don't go to any sort of achievment points or trophy things. But from what I've seen on ScrewAttack and other sites they are hard ass things to get. Get to a boss on a stage without using the mega buster, get to a boss withouth getting hit once etc. Difficult, but lots of fun I take it I just found out that Silent Hill 5: Homecoming is coming out at the end of this month. Just a few days away. I had no idea it was so close. I am freakin STOKED for this game. I want to take another trip through that evil, resort town. I just hope its better than Silent Hill 4 NHL 09 is also out. I shall get that today. Hockey hockey hockey hockey hockey

I've only gotten about 20% of the achievements and some of them are like impossible >.>
The game is very, very hard. Now don't get me wrong, that's a good thing. Mega Man (and most games in general) have simply been getting far too easy. Well, Capcom shoves difficulty right back in your face. Spikes and pitfalls everywhere, and bosses can destroy you easily if you don't pay attention. Hell most normal baddies can kill you easily. They give you everything you need to finish the stage, but it's up to you to use them correctly.
And what's awesome is that for the first time in a long time, the boss's weapons have uses in the stages themselves. Tornado Man's ability can blow out flames and move platforms and makes you jump higher, Splash Woman's ability can break walls, Concrete Man's creates platforms for you and can be used to "Freeze" some things...and you have to use them to get through Wily Stage 1 too, which was completely awesome. >.>
I'm rambling. But I'm so impressed by this game...even though I still haven't beaten it after like 8 hours XD I can't beat Wily!

Kikaro, Lego Batman has offline co-op, but no on-line co-op. Though, its still a good game! As for Mega Man 9, the only reason I was thinking about getting it on the Wii is because I have Wii points there. Don't have enough money on the PS3 right now. Plus: I'm trying to save as much room as possible for LittleBigPlanet. Anyway, played Lego Batman tonight. DF2506

I've heard lots about MM9's challange. I am pleased they made it hard again. If anyone has played a old school Mega Man game then they are sure to remember how difficult they were back in the day. I can't wait to try it. I was in EB today to pick up my NHL 09 but I also decided to just look around for a bit. And I found two games that I was not expecting to find. the first was Silent Hill: Origins for PSP. I did not even know this game existed until I saw it on EB's shelves. And apparantly its been out for a year or so already. And then I found a copy of Persona 3: FES. It was used but it was all they had. I tried looking for that game everywhere and this was the first time I've seen it. I remember when the game was first released I couldn't find it. I am happy now. On the back its says "enjoy the original 70 hour game plus an all new 30 hour chapter not found in the original version". I really like how the game itself actually advertises its length. Thats 100+hours of gameplay.
