Downloaded Mega Man 9 for the Wii today. Wow. Thats hard. Super hard. Whew. That said, its also a fun game. I like the 8-bit graphics and the neat new enemies they've added. I think the Galaxy Man level looks the coolest. Overall, just cool though. I like achivements and rankings stuff too. I also plan on getting Proto Man when he comes out! Also played a little Rogue Galaxy today. I'll probably play Lego Batman sometime today too. DF2506

Just beat Mega Man 9 today. Just under 2 hours and lots of energy tanks <_< I don't think I'll try for all those challenges. Mr. Perfect, for example, is a lesson in futility.
Some of the later bosses seem almost impossible without energy tanks. Caller knows which one <_<

I found this. Obviously you can't get it cause MM9 is a download only game but this boxart was, infact, made by Capcom. It looks neat and even has that old, crappy realistic look that old school Mega Man 1 and 2 had. I love it Infact, it kinda makes me wish all old school Mega Man games had that crappy boxart back in the day kotaku.com/5050627/capcoms-amazing-mega-man-9-box-art

Now? Now it's used to sell the product instead of scaring them away. Camp sells.

I played two DS demos tonight.
The first one was My Sims Kingdom.
It was...well...umm....a mini-game from the game. Not a very good one either. I'm just not sure why they bothered with this demo...
The second demo was Lock's Quest.
Lock's Quest is a Real-time stradegy game for the DS. You control a character named Lock who builds walls and more to defend against a bunch of enemies.
This demo was...VERY good. Wow. Addictive even. I really liked this one. The graphics were good and the gameplay was fast and fun.
I definitly want to download the Lock's Quest demo again and play it. Heck, I may want to buy this one sooner or later. Just a very cool game for the DS imo.

Silent Hill 5 is out tomorrow and I will be getting my copy right after work. Ooooh, I can't wait to return to the evil town in 1080p, high def glory. It will be amazing!
After I beat that a few times I may just put my Final Fantasy run on hold and play through Persona 3: FES. I played a bit of it already and I really like tha style it has. Cartoony, gothic, dark, yet fun. It took forever for any actual gameplay to start but it is engaging right from the start. And apparantly it was RPG of the year in 2007. if thats the case I wonder why it was so hard for me to find a damn copy until now?

Well for the love of Altana, nobody has Silent Hill 5 yet and it was released two days ago. I tried EB right on the 30th and they were like "lolz taht dun come out till 2morrow" yet all the websites said THAT day. So I tried again today and they say they had some fuck ups in preoders which is why they didn't release it on time. So now the only copys being sold are for people who made preorders. Wtf?! So I went to Gamestop.com and bought it. Same company but I do always have luck with getting shit online.
And whats funny is that when Metal Gear Solid 4 came out a few months back, you did not need a preorder to get it. One woman had a preorder but asked for a second copy as well (she was one of those bitches that buys games then sells em on eBay for insane amount sof money). And MGS is a much more popular title and series than Silent Hill. So i don't get how EB could fuck up on this one.
Oh well, gives me time to finish Origins which is ok but it just kinda feels like cheap spinoff of the first game. The funny thing about it though is right when you fire it up there is a thingy that says "this is a ame that will scare you. for the best effect, play it in the dark with your head phones on"
Which is absolutly true for any Silent Hill game but I just find it funny how the game tells you that yet other games and software manuals always cation you to play a game in a well lit room to prevent eye damage and epileptic seizures. XD

Beat Tales of Vesperia so now I'm thinking of going back to Chocobo's dungeon. I put it down cuz I went through 2 hours of a dungeon and the power went out -_-; I still love the game, but it irked me enough not to play it for a while.
Random note, I was looking for music for infinite undiscovery (and yes caller I found some) when I found Star Ocean 4's battle theme. I love you Sakuraba, this song is sweet.

Random note, I was looking for music for infinite undiscovery (and yes caller I found some) when I found Star Ocean 4's battle theme. I love you Sakuraba, this song is sweet. I got to listen as well, I love it. Sounds like Sakuraba's old, and very good stuff. Reminds me a lot of the rock tracks in Valkyrie Profile 2, but does sound somewhat like Star Ocean 3 and Valkyrie Profile's music. I really want SO4, and UI, but I'm still XBox less, so I guess I'll focus on getting one eventually. Been playing Morrowind, haven't done much in the game really besides steal stuff and smooth talk the ladies (my char is a guy) He's extremely charismatic, and NPCs seem to just FLING themselves at him for attention. I need to try to grind a little or something, my current missions are proving a little too hard for me right now. I really like the game though, it's a lot of fun.

I have Oblivion for PC (the sequel to Morrowind) but my computer can't run it worth a shit. I shall get it for 360 eventually. I did enjoy it.

Didn't play anything tonight. I spent my time, mostly, online waiting to see if I'd get a Littlebigplanet beta code (from the Playstation blog). Didn't happen.
I'm just fed up with the whole Littlebigplanet beta thing. I wish I'd never heard of it even. The game is coming out in two weeks. I can tough that out.
Still, it would have been so great to get one of those codes...*sigh*

Today I bought Sonic Chronicles: the Dark Brotherhood for the DS. Its the Sonic RPG by Bioware.
I have to say: its really good so far! I like the turn-based battle system, Sonic's speed is definitly in there, the leveling up & especially the conversations are VERY Bioware-ish, and the story is, so far, typical Sonic! lol. So, ok, the story might not be too strong yet, but the gameplay is fun and I like the graphics. I'm definitly glad I bought it!
Also: I'm currently downloading the Bioshock demo for the PS3. I played it on the 360, but I'm really looking forward to seeing how it looks/plays on the PS3! So ya, its going to be cool when it finally gets downloaded.
This weekend I'll probably download the Brothers In Arms demo.

I heard about that Sonic RPG. Seems like an ok idea. If an RPG for Mario can be done, which is another series with no story, than I guess a Sonic one would work as well. I still wish SE would get of their high horse and make a Mario RPG 2. Silent Hill 5 came in the mail today. Gotta love Gamestop and their one day delivery. Which means Origins is on hold. I hope SH5 rocks. I know it was made by an American developer this time and that kinda scares me a bit.
